Chef Shirley Cheng, M.S.

Chef Shirley Cheng Chef Cheng is a Professor of Culinary Arts at the CIA's Hyde Park campus, where she teaches the cuisines of Asia. Her research program is focused on the sensory properties and consumer acceptance of Huajiao (Sichuan peppercorn).
