The CIA's Ventura Food Center for Menu Research and Development provides an ideal environment for foodservice education, product and process development, conferences, and research in culinary science and technology. The Ventura Center is 8,000 square feet and contains classrooms and ideation suites, a theater-style kitchen, conference center, and The Williams Center for Flavor Discovery.
