The CIA's Ventura Food Center for Menu Research and Development provides an ideal environment for food service education, product and process development, conferences, and research in culinary science and technology. The Ventura Center is 8,000 square feet and contains class rooms and ideation suites, a theatre-style kitchen, conference center, and The William's Center for Flavor Discovery.
