The Culinary Institute of America's Department of Menu R&D is awarding scholarships through funding provided by the MRFDI founding corporate partners. Founding partners of the MRFDI see R&D as an inherently collaborative and cross-disciplinary endeavor. The MenuMasters courses cover principles of management, culinary technique, consumer behavior, and science underlying Menu R&D, and their applications in the industry. A sound educational foundation in these areas will facilitate innovative and successful product development.
Scholarships for up to 50% of tuition are available for online courses offered by the Department of Menu R&D.
